This afternoon we received an alert from our military partners. The following information has been shared by Army Garrison with us and on their social media platforms.
“Out of an abundance of caution 100% ID Card checks are in effect for all Army installations in Hawaii. Army officials are aware of and investigating recent reports of an unspecified security risk to a military installation. Please be aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity to law enforcement authorities at 808-438-7114 or 808-655-5555. We will continue to provide updates as we have more information.”
The safety of your children is of utmost importance. The well-being of our students is a community effort and we appreciate your help as we continue to build partnerships to keep all of our students safe. We will continue to be in contact with our military partners and will follow regular dismissal procedures.
