Students have been learning about Aerodynamics and engineering through content learning. Students also gained insight of the influence pilots like Bessie Coleman and Amelia Earhart have had on aviation. The final part of the lesson is to create, and then compete to make an airplane to go the farthest. The top 3 students from each class participate to earn 1st-3rd for the entire grade level.
