We are so excited to offer After-School Clubs for enrichment at Solomon this year! We believe this is an opportunity for students to grow in other activities. Our schedule is as follows:
- Session 1: 05 Sep 2023 - 05 Oct 2023
- Session 2:
- Robotics: Mondays./Thursdays, 26 Oct 2023 - 30 Nov 2023,
*No club 11/9, 11/13, 11/16*
- Tennis: Mon. 11/20, Tues. 11/28, Tues. 12/15, Thurs. 12/14, Tues. 12/19
- Music: Mondays, 20 Nov 2023-11 Dec 2023
- Session 3: 22 Jan 2024 - 12 Feb 2024
- Session 4: 01 Apr 2024 - 09 May 2024
All students who sign up for an After-School Club will be selected at random. Slots are filled by random selection from those who applied within the application period. If more students sign up for a Club than there are slots, they will be put on a wait-list. For equity among all students, priority will be given to students who have not participated in a club previously. For example, if a Fourth Grader has applied and was selected for Recorder/Orff in Session 1, then they will not have priority in Session 2, 3, or 4. All students are welcome to apply for each session. If your child is in SAC, we are unable to escort them. Please make arrangements to pick your child up and have them sign in to SAC if needed.
Students are expected to attend all dates of the selected Club for the session period. If you already know of prior conflicts, such as tutoring or PCS’ing, please allow the opportunity for other students to take advantage of the clubs this quarter.

Registration for Session 3 opens Tuesday, January 9, 2023 and will close on Monday, January 15, 2024. Expect an email confirmation of acceptance or wait-list by Tuesday, January 16, 2024 . If accepted into a club, please CONFIRM via email your child’s participation and commitment by Thursday, January 18, 2024.
