Student Council

Student leadership development is the process of involving students in meaningful ways both in and beyond the classroom. It provides opportunities for students to demonstrate their talents, skills, and interests while continuing to develop new skills. It also gives students more ownership of the programs they attend. Student leadership development is the objective for Solomon Elementary School’s Student Council.

SES’s Student Council assists our administration with daily morning announcements, organization of school spirit weeks, collecting donations for charities, and service projects. Students bring new energy and ideas to improve and strengthen our school. Student Council is a meaningful way for students to learn leadership skills and be active participants in their community.

Every Wednesday is Solomon Spirit day. Show school spirit by wearing the correct color Solomon shirt on Wednesdays.

On the FIRST Wednesday of the month wear PURPLE!

On the SECOND Wednesday of the month wear RED!

On the THIRD Wednesday of the month wear YELLOW!

If you don’t have a Solomon shirt in that color just wear any shirt in that color to show your spirit!

Go Lions!
