Transition Center Coordinator

Aloha! I My name is Mrs. Martinez and I am the Transition Coordinator here at Solomon. I am also a part of the Student Success Coach team. My goal this year is to provide extra support for our incoming military families and the whole child during their transition. The Transition Center is an amazing way to get involved in our school community, gain resources, or possibly become a part of the team! On your child's first day of school the Transition Center offers a variety of tools to ensure the student and their family has a smooth transition. I am looking forward to meeting all of our incoming families and working closely with all of our new students!
