Federal Impact Surveys can be completed through the parent portal up until December 3rd.
Parents have to log on to their parent portal account to do the survey. Once in the portal, you need to click the online registration prompt and do the Online Federal Survey Application through there.
If you do not have your parent portal letter you may call and let our office staff know so we can send it home with your child.
