Families are welcome to stop by the Mililani YMCA to pickup the Registration Forms or download and print one from its website https://www.ymcahonolulu.org/ Complete the necessary information and submit the completed forms to the Mililani YMCA at 95-1190 Hikikaulia Street, Mililani, HI 96789. If applying for subsidy: complete and submit the Application for Subsidized Monthly Fee with the necessary paperwork (refer to the list of Acceptable Income Documentation).
