Q3 P-Arts-Where do you hear music? in Google Classroom

Q3 P-Arts-Where do you hear music?

Please watch Mrs. Craig's video first. Then think of 3 different places/venues you have heard songs before: your church/temple, your community, radio (car or at home), a concert you have been to, or a parade.

Please sing a small part from each song. So you should be singing three different small parts of a song, from 3 different venues/places.

You are going to rock at this, Kinder! Please let me know if you need any help or have any questions: [email protected] :)

Due:

Q3P-Arts- High/Low, Fast/Slow in Google Classroom

Q3P-Arts- High/Low, Fast/Slow

Please watch the video of Mrs. Craig first. Then, pick one of the 3 songs to sing: Old Macdonald, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, or Itsy Bitsy Spider (Or if your child has a favorite & simple song they know by heart, that's fine too). You will record a video of yourself singing the song:
high and then low,
short and then long
loud and then soft
fast and then slow.

You got this, Kinder! If you have any confusion, questions, or concerns, please email me: [email protected]

HELPFUL HINT: You must create the video for the assignment on Flipgrid, THEN hit submit/complete assignment on the Google Classroom side. It is a 2 step process. You don't have to worry about attaching anything to the Google Classroom assignment. Simply record video in Flipgrid in the designated spot, and then hit submit/complete on GC. Hope this helps :)

P-Arts Kinder- Emotional Resp in Google Classroom

P-Arts Kinder- Emotional Resp

Watch video of Mrs. Craig. Then, you will make a video showing a real time you were happy, sad, and mad. So you will act out, not just discuss, a time you were once: happy, then sad, then mad. After you have acted this out, you will say which one you felt the strongest. Did you feel happiness the most when you acted out the happy memory? Or did the sad feeling feel the most real? Maybe you felt the mad memory the most? Let me know which one! You're going to do awesome!

Due:

Act Out: People, animals, things in Google Classroom

Act Out: People, animals, things

In Class Resources on this P. Arts Kinder Google Classroom, there are animals, people, things that need to be printed/cut out. If you can't or don''t want to print, write and/or draw: 3 different kinds of people (think jobs or superheroes), 3 different things (non-animated items), and 3 different kinds of animals (that would be fun to act out). Cut or tear each person, animal, or thing into strips, and place in a bowl, cup, or hat. Your child can practice acting out 3-4, saying what each thing is: person, animal, thing. Only have your child record one, their favorite, animal, person, or thing to act out. Have them say what it is they acted out: a person, animal, or thing. Have fun!
