So you will act out, not just discuss, a time you were once: happy, then sad, then mad. After you have acted this out, you will say which one you felt the strongest. Did you feel happiness the most when you acted out the happy memory? Or did the sad feeling feel the most real? Maybe you felt the mad memory the most? Let me know which one! You're going to do awesome!
